Purchase
- You can start with a 30-day free trial, but after that, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan.
- Contracts are 12 months paid upfront. You can upgrade your plan anytime. Downgrades require 30 days notice.
- Accepted payments are credit card, ACH, and wire. Please consult one of our sales reps for 30-day terms.
- You retain access but functionality is limited. Downloads are disabled until you subscribe.
Onboarding
- You get immediate access when you sign up with your email address.
- Onboarding starts as soon as you complete your payment. An onboarding specialist will then schedule a meeting.
- Required docs are a cap table, certificate of incorporation, equity plan, grants, templates, founder agreements, SAFEs, and stakeholder emails.
- Your onboarding is complete as soon as the customer confirms they’re satisfied with the state of the cap table. You do this by letting the Implementation Team know in the onboarding email thread. NOTE: This is changing by EOY, so we’ll need to edit this once we’ve productized onboarding
Other
- You can submit a 409A request before onboarding, but some docs are required to complete your 409A valuation.
- We have several resources to help you get the most out of Pulley:

- Free online guides covering equity topics like 409A valuations.
- A support team is available by email or intercom when you’re signed into your Pulley account.
- Yes. We migrate everything for you. Just add Pulley as an admin user and we’ll handle the transfer.
- Yes, you can add more stakeholders but you may need to upgrade the plan depending on the number added. Pricing thresholds apply.
